Shipping is normally provided by UPS, however we do reserve the right to choose the best shipping provider for the product ordered.  Please see terms below for returns or exchanges and the effect on free shipping.  Expedited shipping may be provided at the request of the customer based on availability of the warehouse involved, but be aware that due to the size of many of these beds expedited service can be very expensive.  We do not provide free or prorated shipping for expedited orders.  Customer may calculate ground shipping during our check out process based on the address to which the product is shipped.    Please contact us for expedited prices.  We pride ourselves on quick processing of the order.  However several of our products are produced to order by our manufacturers.  We attempt to mark these items in their descriptions.  Items that are made to order in this fashion will usually ship in 2 to  6 weeks.  In particular Snoozer products are manufactured to order.  Back-order items are items we have no firm delivery date for or that are expected to take more than 4 weeks to ship.  We will contact you if your item will have to be placed on back-order and if the delivery time is unacceptable to you we will cancel the order within 2 business days at no charge to you.  Most of our items however will ship within 5 working days and many will ship much sooner.
 
 When offered, free shipping applies to all orders being shipped to a contiguous United States address.  Free shipping is done via ground service through a carrier of our choice.  We are unable to ship to AK, HI, PR or international destinations at this time.

Payment is due with the order.  We will contact you before placing an item on back-order.  We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discovery, PayPal and eLayAway.
 

 Since we do offer quality bedding, we feel you will have little trouble with your purchase. However if you do have trouble we will accept returns on any item, except personalized items, for any reason as long as returns are made within 14 days of purchase and are in original, manufacturer packaging and include all accessories. Items must be clean and free of animal residue or signs of wear, or we may refuse to issue credit. A 15% restocking fee will apply on the return of some beds, this is stated on the product description pages of the beds involved. Customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges on the return, unless we shipped an incorrect or damaged item. In order to make a return, please call 785 357-6840 to obtain an RMA# or contact us at Support@FurPersonDogBeds.ComDo not contact the manufacturer unless instructed to do so by us.  They will probably not know the details of the sale until we provide them with the information. Returns sent without an RMA# will be subject to a 20% restocking/research fee.

Personalized items can not be accepted for return except for defects in material or workmanship.  Because we offer high quality beds, they are returned far more for incorrect size than for any other reason.  Please use extra care choosing your size when ordering personalized beds or blankets as we cannot accept them for return for sizing problems.  All warranties as expressed by the manufacture are still honored in full.  When ordering, use care in spelling your personalization.  We maintain a record of all spellings as ordered, if we error we will of course replace the item or refund your purchase at no charge to you, however if we are given an incorrect spelling, we will not be able to replace the item or refund the purchase.

In the event of a free shipping promotion, any return that causes the order to fall below the free shipping minimum will result in regular shipping charges which will be deducted from the refund amount or will need to be paid before an exchange is shipped. We cover all product problems, except products that have been damaged by chewing, dragging or other abuse.  Please be careful when choosing the size of the bed you need.  We will exchange the bed, but we are not responsible for shipping the bed back to us and we will have to charge for returning the item in the new size to you.  Beds are expensive to ship, we cannot accept double shipping fees unless we ship an incorrect or defective item.  If you are in doubt on size please check our FAQ for sizing information or call us.  We allow exchange or refunds at our option, but we will try to accommodate the customers desires when possible.  If you have any problems, please contact us at Support@FurPersonDogBeds.Com or you may call (785) 357-6840.  This guarantee begins when you receive your order.
